Bring one of your team members out for coffee/ lunch today and ask them how much they trust you. If they say good things, ask them how you've earned it. If they say there's a lot of work to be done, ask them how you can improve and don't say a thing until you've heard them out entirely.

I work with a very strong supportive team. When I am having a discussion with a client on a project, I always include other team members to not only provide the best solution but to also allow the client to see our entire team comes to the table to work for them the client. It also helps you appreciate what you have as truly, the grass isn't always greener.

It‘s so easy to advise ‚be empathetic’ ‚be open-minded’ do this and that. I read many of these advices. However, are they helpful? In my opinion, not really as applying them into daily professional life is much more challenging. After all, we are human.
