Desde mi perspectiva de Lifecoach, acompaño al coachee desde un espacio seguro y de confianza, con preguntas poderosas y reflexiones para que pueda encontrar esos ámbitos a trabajar y aquellas respuestas que no estaba pudiendo mirar, para ir hacia donde esté necesitando y pueda alcanzar sus objetivos. En sesión todo suma la intuición, la empatía, el lenguaje corporal, el encontrar en el otro un ser humano ávido de ser escuchado con respeto, amor y cuidado. Es acompañarlo, más no decirle que hacer. Siempre me sorprende cuan importante es escucharnos integralmente, escuchar nuestras emociones, nuestros pensamientos, nuestro cuerpo y nuestra energía. Nuestro bienestar depende de cómo podemos transitar nuestras emociones para no bloquearlas.
