few of the ideas which may help: 1) accept your students.. do not expect them to understand you.. try to understand their freedom, their aspiration, their limitations and most importantly that they are human. 2) try to inculcate examples which belong to their generations for more relatability 3) identify their capacity of grasping the content and set your pace accordingly 4) crack jokes, keep the class environment light and happy 5) show them that you are one of them, not above them

Remember students are people as well! They are going through hormonal changes that they have never experienced before. Add to that a strict regime and work that they cannot focus on. Sometime they just need some slack. Talk to them like you would another adult, they are not beneath you, they are the generation raising a generation who will be caring for us when we are old. They have ideas beyond our thinking, embrace it and adapt to them. Use their knowledge and work with it. I have learned from them in some aspects more than I have parted to them! You will be respected more and get better work from them.

New teachers must seek out mentors passionate about their careers in education. As a new teacher, I was told to find myself a Marigold. A positive, energetic, and supportive teacher that you can learn from. This teacher will be someone who will nurture you and if you "plant" yourself near them you will grow. Your Marigold must be someone you feel comfortable with so that you can share your triumphs with as well as someone you are comfortable with asking for advice.

Competence to do something necessarily requires the ability to do that something. This skill is acquired only through practice. An excellent writer is one who has a lot of practice in writing, this practice is only perfected by the hours dedicated to practicing writing. Exercising writing thoroughly is the only way for someone who aspires to be a writer to be able to acquire the necessary skill that will make them excellent at writing and consequently make them truly recognized as a writer. However, it is important to remember that it is not about practicing for the sake of practicing, but practicing with organization. Therefore, this is the first skill that someone who wants excellence in a job must have.
