I definitely agree with the idea of lifelong learning, but I have noticed how many learners tend to focus on diversifying their skill set and learning only the basics of many languages and frameworks rather than committing to at least one of them and going for a more in-depth understanding of it. Sure trying something new and adding tools to the arsenal is great, but many jobs might just prefer one strong skill over a pool of basic skills. Keep learning!

Na minha experiência profissional como técnico pude observar diversos problemas no processo de pós-colheita, onde na minha trajetória da graduação tive oportunidade de tentar desenvolver soluções plausíveis para esses problemas vivenciados no âmbito profissional, com a eletrônica embarcada é possível a obtenção de dados necessários para o melhoramento, acompanhamento, automação de processos e principalmente a tomada de decisão, o conhecimento desta área para nós profissionais da área agrícola será o diferencial para elevarmos nossa produção agrícola a outro patamar.

Desenvolver habilidades de resolução de problemas é um processo contínuo, requer prática, perseverança e estar inclinados para aprender. Cada problema é uma oportunidade de crescimento e desenvolvimento.

A systematic debugging process ensures efficiency, accuracy, and a clear path to identifying and fixing problems. Debug systematically is a fundamental approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues in software development and various technical domains

Look at the system job logs or data in a file to see what the issue is. It is also a good idea to re-run the job to see if it errors again or if it would complete normally. If the job ends in error again use your debugging experience and review the programming code and resolve the issue. It is a good idea to take notes for the future for others. Even better is to if possible, do a programming fix so the error does not happen again.

A collaborative approach refers to a method of working together with others to achieve a common goal or objective. It involves sharing knowledge, resources, and expertise to accomplish a shared vision. Collaborative approaches often involve: 1. Open communication 2. Active listening 3. Mutual respect 4. “Sozinho você pode chegar a algum lugar, no entanto, juntos podemos chegar muito mais longe.” De fato, na caminhada da vida a solidão dificulta a nossa performance ao nos depararmos com os desafios, onde que com mais outra “cabeça pensante” o tempo para desenvolver uma solução certamente será reduzida.

If you are having problems resolving the issue yourself, it is a good idea to work with a team or a single person. Debug together, look at the code and resolve the issue. If you need to add code to correct the issue so it does not happen again.

Able to think in an abstract level for each component of a bigger system helps to establish the high level understanding and communicate with other technical peers. One must understand in-depth of potential integration and technology compatibility with each other before they are able to perform this activity. After high-level understanding has establish, a detail level feasibility check must be perform to ensure the system is performing at the same capability it was abstacted.

Use flowcharts or code documentation and follow the processing of each step of the job. You can also look at the joblog and see where the error occurred. You can see where the error is and be able to complete the resolution of the error and restart the job.

"Think abstractly" is a crucial skill that allows individuals to conceptualize and understand complex ideas by breaking them down into fundamental principles. It involves seeing beyond the concrete details to grasp the underlying patterns and relationships.

Abstraction of systems allows us to breakdown big unwieldy systems into smaller manageable systems. This allows for us to plan and scope designs, in a clearer more efficient way

Una experiencia que me ayudó mucho en otro aspecto de mi carrera (a la hora de evaluar fallas) fue el método 5W (5 why´s, o 5 por qué) Básicamente consiste en profundizar la búsqueda de la causa raiz de una falla (bug, falla de proceso, falla de deploy, etc) que haya generado un problema a pesar de los métodos de testing, preguntando cada vez por qué ocurrió una falla, y ante la respuesta volver a preguntar por qué esa respuesta ocurrió, sucesivamente hasta 5 veces. Si es bien conducida (por ejemplo, evitar respuestas cerradas que culpen o señalen a personas, o "porque así hacemos las cosas siempre"), las respuestas a estas preguntas pueden agregar soluciones a los métodos de calidad, ayudando a minimizar los problemas

It is a good idea to do a review with yourself or both yourself and the person you worked with to resolve the issue. Possibly you can learn what you missed the first time and be able to resolve the issue alone the next time.

A Capacidade de adaptar-se é um parâmetro fundamental para a solidez para qualquer carreira profissional, mas cito a importância desse parâmetro para quem trabalha com processos agrícolas, hoje o desenvolvedor de sistemas voltados para a agricultura tem que ter esse atributo como regra, pois as novas adversidades influenciadas pelos diversos fatores de qual o processo depende obriga o profissional desta área a se adaptar e reinventar-se todos os dias.

O Mundo está em evolução constantemente, nada fica perene! Temos que nos atualizarmos de forma continuada, pensando sempre na evolução do futuro!

Há exatamente 1 semana atrás participei junto de uma equipe de outros 4 colegas onde tivemos 3 dias para desenvolver um projeto tecnológico que ajudasse a contornar os problemas vividos com a ultima enchente do RS, uma ambiente on-line com uma diversa gama de profissionais, desenvolvedores, engenheiros, profissionais da saude, etc..., onde a vivência multidisciplinar foi de grande valia para surgir ideias e projetos que serão necessários em um futuro não muito distante, agradeço por poder compartilhar com vocês esta ótima experiência.
