Anytime you’re working with others and have to learn to engage with people who may be from different walks of life is a plus in my opinion. Sometimes, if you’re in a role that’s very insular or where you’re an individual contributor, you miss out on the opportunity to grow and learn - especially with certain soft skills. Partnerships force the hand of working with others and learning how to manage relationships and likely getting exposure to different ways of thinking that will only enhance your overall experience and toolkit.
