Learners are more likely to remember and recall information that is presented in an emotionally engaging way.

As Aristotle once said, "The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance." Using art in training programs not only enriches the content but also ensures that the deeper, more personal significance of the material is conveyed, fostering a more meaningful and lasting learning experience. One practical application of this approach is the use of immersive technologies such as virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR). The connect with the audience can be created with constant discussions, seeking inputs and responses from them. Creative thinkers brainstorm not only a large number of ideas but also a variety and range of them.  Once they’ve brainstormed their ideas, creative thinkers will experiment with them. They look at ideas from multiple perspectives and examine how their solutions fit into the scope of what they’re working on. Creative thinkers aren’t afraid to take risks and try new ideas. In fact, this ability to develop, test, and implement original solutions makes them a valuable asset to just about any workplace.

Art-based activities, such as brainstorming with visual prompts or mind mapping, can unlock creative potential and lead to novel solutions. Es fundamental que, al presentar iniciativas creativas destinadas a promover el crecimiento profesional y personal, se realice un seguimiento cuidadoso de las respuestas emocionales que estas generan. I agree with ALL of the above; however, I include a "take-away' to send with my participants after all my trainings. "Take-away" meaning a 1-2 pager reference guide to help jog their memory as to what they learned. Remember, on average 70% of what is learned is forgotten in 24 hours. I make my take-aways designed in a way so it is something they will keep on their desk and refer back to, and, I make it visually engaging with visuals so they want to look at it even when it is not needed.
