Indeed, the team sometimes is speeding up too fast and needs to take a step back. A good leader helps slowing things down once in a while. Once you have decided to help the team slow down a bit, write down most new ideas of improvement in a spreadsheet, and think twice before pinging team members about them. The next minute, speed things up again 😃
