Periodically (usually every fortnight), we have committee meetings with all the middle managers where they discuss the progress made on the different projects. Difficulties presented and possible solutions to overcome them. These committees are multidisciplinary, i.e. based on the strategies we have defined for each property project, we discuss all the tasks in progress, delays, lags, risks of delays and implications with other teams on the Gantt chart. Sometimes, in order to overcome unexpected problems we come across, it is necessary not only for other managers to intervene, but also for other work teams that were not initially planned to take part in the committees or in the property projects underway.
