I agree.There are 2 sides to each complaint. I tell both , that you do not have to like each other, but you will both do your job. In fact ,I will step out on the floor and do both jobs so I can actually resolve the issue by experiencing both sides of the complaint thus avoiding the ," he doesn't know what he is talking about " that comes after the complaining parties complain about the solution.
