Diversity is an important aspect for any team as diverse minds can bring growth and progress in a particular organisation.Diversity can bring diverse plans and strategies and diverse areas to work and collaborate on.

As a leader, inclusivity is very important in team work. I learnt that as part of practicing inclusivity, I need to give space and time for staff to speak their views without being judgmental. And also be aware that not everyone is able to articulate clearly. Some of us take time to speak out and as the leader, I should be patient.

Clear communication about collaboration and inclusivity is essential. Make sure your team understands the value of working together and respecting everyone’s contributions. Establish guidelines that promote equal participation, like rotating meeting leadership or a 'no interruption' rule during discussions. By setting these standards, you create a foundation for a team that values each member's input and works cohesively towards common goals.

Empower your team by giving them ownership of their work. When team members feel accountable for their contributions, they become more invested in the team's success. Encourage autonomy while providing the necessary support and resources. This balance allows them to take initiative, make decisions, and feel confident that their unique skills are truly valued. Fostering this sense of ownership leads to a more motivated and cohesive team.

Feedback is important for improvements in functionalities ,strategies and plans in an organisation and it also acts as a way for inclusion of all team members.

Celebrating success and paying gratitude to the building blocks (the employees) who make the team of an organisation is very crucial as each of the organisation is what it is due to each one’s effort .It is the team members who have mainly helped the organisation reach the milestones ,goal.It is also important for building a more stronger bond amongst the team members ,organisation and employee.
