I've learned the power of diverse automation tools. It's not just about chatbots and ticketing systems; integrating CRM has been a game-changer in my strategy, offering deep customer insights. Automated Call Distribution and email automation have also been pivotal, streamlining our communication significantly. From what I've done, incorporating tools like social media monitoring and AI-powered analytics hasn't just improved efficiency; it's transformed how we engage with customers, making every interaction more impactful.

Agree that some features like chat bot and so on shall be available. But would also set reminders for call back to the customers as there need to be that human touch.

One thing I’ve found useful in customer service is the use of softwares and technology. Automation of most customer service operations would help in reducing wait time, thereby improving customer satisfaction. I did a thesis on that “AI CSR or ICSR (Artificial Intelligence Customer Service Representative) this automated most customer service processes in my organization and brought about lot more customer loyalty. Personally I hate to wait in line or queue and want prompt resolution/responses and a lot of people are like me so I came up with a smarter way to do things. Lo que más, hace a los clientes leales y felices , es la atención personalizada, un gestor que les de seguridad y sientan la preocupación, por sus problemas o dudas, un mismo gestor q puedan oír familiar y siempre sea el mismo, muchos clientes odian , tanto la recepción de un software, o distintos operadores , sobre todo en los clientes , que tienen más servicios contratados. El tiempo de gestión y medida de un operador , por muy diestro q sea , se debe en exclusiva , a la atención individual de cada persona , hay clientes a las q hay q repetir varias veces una misma explicación, o solventar una reclamación puede ser eterno , según la persona, un T.M.O. para los operadores, es un continuo recordatorio q muchas veces no aumenta la productividad, si no todo lo contrario , las prisas de cumplir con un tiempo, solo genera, errores , ansiedad y malestar q se contagia al cliente . Este punto , es difícil de contestar .... un operador pasa por varias reuniones de formación , q según la persona en cuestión, te cambia el temario, la atención telefónica y guiones de actuación, q intentan al final un manual de operaciones , q no te sirve de nada, las unicas herramienta útil de un operador , es la experiencia, el error y el acierto , no se puede guionizar las reacciones de un cliente , por q por muy preparada q pueda estar los operador@s por parte de la empresa, nunca sabrás de un cliente hasta q te dice q atención necesita. Por tanto los guiones y manuales ... no sirven de nada, a no ser .... q den los mismos guiones y manuales a los clientes.

Learning should be continuous. But also there shall be a follow up post training to ensure that the best practice is being adhered. True it is that training is important, but follow up is also important as well.

Train your team. An effective team makes a great workforce, equipped with the right skills to offer superb customer experience. What use is technology without the right people to deliver it. Technology is always evolving, thus, the team requires constant training to keep abreast of lates customer service technology. I recommend constant staff/team members training.

Regularly update the customer service software to access new features, security patches, and improvements. Keeping the software up-to-date ensures optimal performance and compatibility with evolving customer needs. For example let's say your customer service software introduces a new feature that allows customers to track the status of their inquiries in real-time. By regularly updating the software, your team can seamlessly integrate this feature into the customer support process.

First thing to do is analyze the customer incidents/complaints the organization received against the timeline where the customers started going away. Identify the trend to find out 'what' is making customers go away. Categorize data accordingly to see issues from most common to rare, severity & impact. This data can be used to fix what is wrong in the product or service given. Even with the best Customer service software & best customer care agents, an organization can still loose customers if the product/service is bad.this analysis will also give an insight if the customer service is poor or not, that will help you choose a better Customer service software if that is the case.

Before we make any drastic approach, we need to check what exactly customer wants from us. In other word, what are the needs of the customer. If we are not taking up those issues, I dont think there should be a next step. After those issues are resolved, we can come up with different strategies as to how we can maintain and engage the customers.
