For example a lot of people seem to believe that one gets more sick with the vaccine of a disease like COVID than getting ill with the virus itself, whereas the data clearly shows that for the vast majority of people the illness was less severe post vaccination and the symptoms from the vaccine were mild.

For example as a health and safety advisor it is important to be able to identify trends in accidents and incidents in order to plan campaigns to raise awareness about safer working practices. There are good platforms to support this on the market but to get value from these the staff need training on how to design questions and responses to get the required data in the right format for analysis.
