Goals must define clarity of value, with client focus. What is the outcome that our client expect from our product? (The most sucesful technology companies and products (Tesla, Toyota, Apple, etc.) are the best at defining Goals, based on outcomes & validating product outcomes with real users ASAP. This creates transparency. The worse thing to do is to plan more work on a target date (milestone = finger in the air.) Best way is defining Goals using OKRs (Value Objective with a measured Key Result now VS Key Result next Quarter/Year) continusly deliverying, inspecting & adapting product vs outcome (not a big bang, but a incremental MVP (Minimum Valuable Product increment 1...n)

Open dialogue is collaboration, not the paralysis of perfection. This is when OKRs (Objectives & Key results) can be elaborated and reviwed for feasibility and value. Also the plan for incremental MPV (Minimum Valuable Product) is elaborated, in short increments (weekly, monthly, quarterly), by continuos delivery, inspection & adaption. This cadence will open dialogue, collaboration, creativity in short feedback loops. This is called AGILITY, which is the oposit of monolitic big-bang Plan, with a big-bang released on an invented target miletone. How do we know how much value was planned? vs Risk of not meeting the milestone? Shorter iterations of incremental MVP 1..n, driven by clear goals (OKRs) will open dialogue of validated value.
Even under time constraints, it's vital to provide regular updates on the project's status. This can be done through brief meetings or digital channels, whichever suits your team's workflow. Consistent communication prevents information silos and keeps everyone informed of progress and any emerging challenges.
