Just by saying thank you or great job at that moment is key to igniting their passion and drive. Sometimes other team members can become demotivated because they are not receiving the gift cards. So I decided to give my team members who demonstrated the desired behaviors during the customer interaction a small gold trophy and I would reward these every morning based on the calls the day before.
