Each area have a zone board, so to display relevant information from shift to shift. Have a top 5 items that need to be worked on, both internal and external. Show shift to shift performance so to create awareness. Hand off between supervisor is important, so to clearly communicate any vital concerns needed to be carried over to the next shift.
