Nothing will work. unless... You find an agreed-upon solution, then it's time to act and watch how things unfold. Finding a fair solution and abandoning the implementation after a week does no good. The same problems will occur. Think through this, plan, organize, talk it out, and work together to effectively roll out and track the solution. Meet once a week and assess. When done correctly, it will build trust and a better work environment
