What do you do if your team is making decisions based solely on intuition?

You cannot rely on your intuition while working on a project. However you can use your experience on your ongoing project subject to its application. The guy feeling may be right/wrong at the same time, so there is a probability of success. But solely relying on guy feelings may not be a great choice. As a leader of the team you can guide them to use analytical skills, if it's a compliment with the intuition then it's ok. But remember it should not be solely based on the gut feeling.

We should also encourage them to empathize with stakeholders and gather insights that inform the data they collect. This approach ensures that decisions are not solely based on intuition but are grounded in a deep understanding of user needs and preferences. I think the best way to drive success we should encourage combination of analytical thinking with empathy-driven data collection, this way the team can develop innovative solutions that effectively address real-world challenges

La intuicion es importante al momento de tomar decisiones; ya que en diferentes ocasiones no tenemos suficiente data disponible para hacer una elección confiable. Pero dentro de esta "intuición" debe pesar, en alto grado, la experiencia. Entonces, a nivel personal creo que en una toma de desiciones acertada tienen que existir: datos, experiencia e intuición. El exceso en una de esta variables puede llevarnos a dar pasos errados.

So often, people don't hear what you say because your actions speak so loudly. Are YOU modeling using data and logic to make decisions, or do you continually call the ball based on "gut"?
