Las ideas las analizaba el comite de direccion y seleccionaban algunas (5-8) para implementar. Si la idea del colaborador fue seleccionaba se le entregaba un reconocimiento economico.

Cuando implementamos el programa de innovación que mencione antes, las ideas elegidas eran desarrolladas por un grupo de colaboradores interdisciplinarios (tanto de áreas como puestos). Estos equipos tenían que desarrollar en profundidad la propuesta, indicando el impacto, el costo, y realizando análisis y simulaciones. Tenían 6 meses para desarrollarlo y luego lo presentaban ante el comité de dirección. De esta manera no solo fomentábamos la colaboración entre distintas personas de la organización, sino que también generábamos sentido de pertenencia al ser parte de un proyecto de la empresa.
