We love our slack channels and have fun ones along with channels that drive our deliveries and various departments. We foster transparency and ensure info exchange is predominantly happening via these channels.

This is something that's lacking in my team and I'm interested in how to resolve it. We do have access to Teams. We are all top performers and don't need to be "watched" or micromanaged, but I think that incorporating that transparency by way of a visual tracker that would allow us to pitch in and help where we can, function more cohesively, and thus, balance out everyone's workload while increasing productivity. How to implement that without adding "one more thing" to our plates is the struggle.
