A diligent, proactive approach is necessary when we talk about incorporating user feedback. Pre-implementaion of any tools does include certain documentation cycles. End user - Digital Project Manager - vendor - Documentation/Quality team should work hand in hand. Every minor change being incorporated by user feedback, needs to be analysed on what new challenge it's going to solve and throughly documented. Continuous improvement to be acknowledged, analysed and evaluated on very often periodic intervals. CI process shall make the Digital journey more effective, shall enable end users with more smoothened user experience. If alignment of the above 4 stakeholders is not diligent, this shall have an impact on the business & processes.

How you implement new features and user journeys based on the feedback is super important. Even with a solid feedback loop of requested enhancements or updates, you should always test the changes against the existing solution.
