People want to see (not read) that you are trustworthy, loyal, and dedicated. I've consistently focused on creating engaging and a motivationally-driven culture through going through the pain-staking exercise of asking for staff to own culture creation in a way that is relevant to them as the "living and working" embodiment of the corporate identity. In summary, challenging them to be who they "say they are" while deeply exploring the mission and goals that they aligned with by joining the sports organization.
