Regular training is mandatory for MHE operator. We need to conduct training’s from manufacturer itself for better understanding of mode of failure and all the modes of failure check with effective closures so MHE operation can carry out safely

Constant safety awareness and safety training is the key to success. Daily or weekly safety awareness sessions will keep the work force knowledgeable to zero incidents.

Training should not be a power point Presentation rather demonstration of practical scenarios in a language which is easily understood by the operators.
