Les objectifs de formation de l'architecte devront donc être en adéquation avec ses contraintes liées à la pratique. One thing we have found valuable within our firm is learning from discussion. We have an open forum twice a month to discuss lessons learned (among other topics). One value is, it allows you to reflect on the mistake and steps you took to correct them as your prepare to share it with the forum. On the receiving side, especially for young professionals, it allows them to see a mistake they didn't know could happen in the profession, learn what led to the occurrence and how it was corrected. It also shows not to be ashamed from mistakes, and that there is value to owning them and moving forward.

I agree, podcasts and audiobooks are my go to for my commute. For more technical LU/CEU for maintaining a license there are a variety of sources that offer hour long, on demand courses. Every few weeks I will dedicate one of my lunch hours to a learning unit. Spreading it out over the year makes it much easier to accomplish.
