Burnouts can happen in all jobs. We all try to find reasons outside of ourselves when it comes to managing stress and allow it to become complicated. If we look within it largely centers around how much we prioritise OurSelf.. the ME TIME. That’s really the Well Being aspect which we can try to take control of. - spend time with yourself atleast for 30 mins in a day - use this time to do any activity physical, mental or spiritual where you find your peace - if you feel like starting off tomorrow then now is the time. Don’t push yourself away as inability to prioritise self is a form of personal disrespect. Take this first step and see what best comes from it for you!
