To improve communication in your creative team using feedback, I applied the C.A.R.E. framework: Cultivate a judgment-free environment, Ask for honest, constructive feedback, Respect diverse perspectives to boost creativity and Empower trust within the team. This approach ensures that feedback leads to enhanced communication and a more collaborative, innovative team.

> Create a Safe Space: Foster an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feedback without fear of judgment. > Encourage Transparency: Promote open and honest communication. This helps build trust and ensures everyone is on the same page.

Constructive criticism is one of the key part if you work a creative team with. Listen them or even ask questions gain more and more trust. During a meeting when you collect information don't give harsh feedback. Never know which information give the key element into that project the team working on. "Let me consider this. Can you give more details about this and that..?" Those can help even to focus more on the project.

Techniques include maintaining eye contact, paraphrasing to confirm comprehension, and empathizing with speakers' perspectives. Active listening, therefore, serves as a cornerstone for effective problem solving by enhancing communication effectiveness and mutual understanding.
