There is always ways to refine your process , or methods. Simplify your data collection,work with your team if narrow what and how your search /researching , simplify your table layouts . But you can’t over simplify it to where it’s unusable .

Make sure your tables and team are always being kept up to date, Or make sure there is someone that can do it for you and does it in the way you want it done if you’re not going to be there for whatever reason. Just because you’re not there does not mean you projects and research and information it still actively being used.

At first the analysis of your need. Data is vast field with its variant parameters. Having a Cloud system modeling not only save time but also convenience of multiple user at a same time. Also designing a data collection system of every research to have greater no with respect of time also effect in sales and betterment of progress.
