Nós não inovamos por inovar. Evolução é necessária e motivada pelo desejo ou pela necessidade de crescer, de superar, de fazer mais e chegar a resultados melhores. O ponto é que todo processo de crescimento passa por inovação e essa evolução é a chave para desbloquear um potencial enorme e que muitas vezes desconhecemos pois ele se perde na rotina do fazer mais do mesmo, na cultura atual que muitas vezes não promove a mudança e não engaja as pessoas ao processo de evolução.
