One thing I've found helpful for risk management is using the tried-and-true risk matrix of probability vs. impact. I'll carve out a few minutes in my regular team meetings to ask the team what new risks and opportunities they've identified. We'll spend a few minutes discussing probability and impact, pop it onto the risk matrix heat map, and decide on the next steps. It's a quick and easy way to implement risk identification inside any project.
