spend some time mentoring and building a legacy. at least i find it really satisfying at the end of the day when someone replicates me and it WORKS! this is the only way i can ensure people remember even if am out of that engagement. else everyone solves a problem when asked to.

I find that the willingness to unlearn and relearn are key to staying up to date with latest trends and picking up new skills. Reading and collaborating are two key tools for me. Read as much as you can about what's going on both in and outside your industry. We're a highly interconnected world so it's important to be willing to learn from the experiences of others not just the ones in your tight industry group. Talking to and collaborating with people both in and outside the industry is key as well. They can break down the latest trends into practical applications and give you valuable insights into your own challenges. As unique as you may think they are, chances are that others have gone through it already!
