Ah, this lesson comes directly from SALES experience. A customer comes to you and wants ________. You could offer them the low end model that does what they want, but will not grow if they have more monthly work than they currently do. You could sell them the top of the line version that does EVERYTHING and is way more than they need but will provide you a nice bonus.
