And for me this this means, from the get go - setting up a space for openness and success and where everyone from the get go is able to share rather than harbour their feelings Think about what causes conflict, what enables multiple perspectives where we are working towards shared goals, where everyone's strengths are acknowledged and the value they bring acknowledged This is about leadership, how to bring out the best in people, develop them and look towards problem solving approaches and team cohesion.
