I agree with this, however you need to make sure the team is mature enough to do this. By mature, I mean with a lot of trust, with a real cohesiveness. I remember encouraging this feedback by the peers : the team was not mature enough, and it created dramas. So I would be cautious. The step before this one is really to check and reinforce trust within the team

In my experience, after having trained a team for hours on the type of intelligence it brings into play, on listening, on communication, on individual and context characteristics. After having seen together the models that recur in their organizations; I always organize a game moment in which to solve a "non-business" case, but a mystery complete with clues and evidence. This allows people to be more aware of what they bring into play when trying to solve a problem. Consequently, unity towards a common goal demonstrates that: - when a goal is clear, people know where to go; - being part of a team means creating an "ecosystem of thought" to face challenges - mistakes are part of the process, these are areas of shared learning.
