D’après mon expérience, la fixation des objectifs est la clé de voûte pour réussir dans tout projet. Diriger une équipe n’a jamais été chose facile. Gérer une équipe c’est avant tout gérer des hommes. Chacun avec ces qualités, ces défauts, ces tempéraments, ces besoins… du coup, il revient au chef d’équipe d’être très objectif dans ses décisions. Personnellement, je fixe mes objectifs après chaque fin de journée et chaque personne de mon équipe sait ce qu’elle doit faire et accomplir le lendemain pour qu’on puisse atteindre nos objectifs fixés au niveau de la stratégie globale de l’entreprise.
