Working across different time zones is definitely challenging but it’s a very simple problem that can be resolved with effective Communication. For example if you are in India and need to collaborate with UK and US teams,the first thing would be to get to know about the team members time zone.Then utilise a tool like MS Teams and create a folder each for the Country where the team member is residing. Prioritise on the work and start your day accordingly.Keep each others phone number in case you are not able to communicate via the Official Channel. In case of dealing with Team Size more than 10 people in each of the geographies,maintain a daily tracker of the work and the communication that needs to be sent early to each team member.
