So how do you know what a realistic goal is? If you like, you can try a following reflection exercise: - Step 1. Reflect on the past. What was your goal? In what period of time did you reach it (or not reach it)? What was required of you? How was your energy level? - Step 2. Look at where you are now using the same questions as in step 1. - Step 3.
