Darauf sollte der AG vertrauen und dazu gehört auch ein gewisser Vertrauensvorschuss gegenüber dem MA. Schafft es ein AG diesen zu geben, dann sind nahezu alle flexiblen Arbeitsmodelle möglich. Dann herrscht eine gesunde Beziehung zwischen dem AN und dem AG.
