I use data from past campaigns or industry examples to show what’s achievable, which helps keep things grounded. Instead of focusing on big, unreachable goals, I break them down into smaller steps so we can show steady progress. If their ideas are way out of reach, I suggest alternatives that can still get good results. It’s all about being clear, keeping communication open, and offering solutions that work.

O primeiro passo é entender quais são as expectativas exatas e metrificar com parâmetros do mercado. Ex.: o cliente tem uma padaria que atua em uma certa região e que tem um raio máximo de alcance. A expectativa dele é quadruplicar o volume de vendas de pães. Neste caso o primeiro passo é avaliar o público alvo disponível, pois sem esse número não sabemos qual é o teto máximo de atuação. Posteriormente avaliar a concorrência e como ela está atuando bem como o share de mercado de cada uma. Com estes dois dados será possível metrificar qual seria o teto máximo de crescimento sem realizar alterações de produto/core business. Assim as expectativas serão definidas e ainda mapeado possíveis expansões de negócio.
