You must as a minimum maintain the service that you are contracted to. That comes before cutting costs. Anything less is fraud. If you can maintain the contracted service, then you need to think very rationally about the process by which you deliver it to understand how you might do the same more efficiently. Actually I have a second opinion where we need to asses the needs holistically segregation between short medium and long term. In my opinion short terms should be do away with, medium term can be rationalised and long term be continued with sustainability.
