Weekly meetings will help to track any deviation from bade plan. In case of deviation, catch issue / risks immediately. Try to remove the pebbles ASAP. Dont try to micro manage. Trust team ( trust needs to be built)

Project management tools themselves won't solve anything unless we use them to constantly review and analyze our performance. It can show us our successes and difficiencies. Once we understand we we stand we can adjust and tweak our performance to stay on course and make it to the finish end zone!
