My doctoral topic is in fact on MOOCs. Experimenting on multisensory approach to enhance engagement and improve learning outcomes is what Im working for. To further refine my research, I’m incorporating AI for advanced analysis. By using AI, I can assess how different sensory inputs affect student engagement and learning retention. I am taking many open free courses to help me achieve this. I am no techie just curious to explore better

The best thing about teaching others is you will get questions from your students. It's like working many members on same project. In a way, it forces you to think in different ways about the topic which otherwise not occur naturally. By answering/finding the answers to those questions, you not only end up with deeper understanding, but also gains respect from others. From my own experience, I can confidently say, teaching also opens the doors to the new unexplored areas sometimes.

I strongly believe in the great impact you can have as a mentor, teacher, and coach in someone else's life. When it comes to technology, the best way to reach and acquire knowledge is through practice, in that way, you generate critical thinking in your students and other ideas can emerge aligned to technologies that can enhance the learning process and therefore, transform your students in their professional growth.

During my master's degree I conducted a research on using AI technologies and changing traditional teaching methods. I have set up a workshop for EFL teachers using a new AI platform to practice High School level English. The workshop started with great promise, however, after the 3rd workshop session all staff meetings were cut off and out of the 13 teachers who showed great enthusiasm using the platform only two have actually used it with their class. My experience shows that teaching peers must be an ongoing process to achieve a real change. But what do you do when the preson you are tring to teach doesn't share your passion? --> Persevere. When people see that whatever you are doing is working, they will come to you to learn.
