I don't mean this as a hot take, but when it comes to multiple business ventures and overwhelm, I'm not sure we can balance work and life effectively—at least not all the time. Some days, no matter how well you leverage your productivity or manage your time, something doesn't get done. What helped me was two things: - Asking, "What is most important?" If you do what's important first (Covey's rocks), you'll figure out how to squeeze in what's urgent in the cracks. - Reminding yourself, "There's always time for what's most important." Always. So the core competency entrepreneurs need is less effective work-life balance and more excellent discernment around what's important.

There will be periods when it feels like 100% WORK. Especially at the beginning.

It's not only about work-life balancing, but also about work-work balancing and adapting a clear work schedule that serves both. My advice would be to take a look at your week schedule and see if you can optimize it by blocking time based on the type of work (for example: deep work in the mornings, meetings in the afternoon) and scope of work (for example: tuesday for project A and thursday for project B). But before you do that: block out the time for private time and time to experiment / play around a but. It will keep your brain fresh and creative.
