Much as Agile provides the segmentation of project, my preference will be the WBS and braking the whole project into manageable tasks. the next step will be selecting the best team members to perform the tasks and grouping their outputs to form deliverables. Here the project is brought back to Agile where performance is measure on deliverables and timelines.
