Honestly I cry. Once I'm done crying I open all my works in multiple tabs. For a writer focusing on one task when others are also pending is hard. So whenever a flow strikes for whichever task - I keep switching tabs. Somehow this makes sure that I'm simultaneously finishing all. Lastly- I prioritize myself. (yes I'm a Gen z) If everything's too much - I simply ask for more time and then I go watch netflix.

As much as I dislike doing it, 'eat the frog first'. Do the most challenging/time-consuming task first, take frequent breaks, (use the pomodoro technique), and move on to the simpler tasks afterward.

I suggest taking a deep breath, assess the deadline and what are the deliverables. I time block tasks, emails, projects, prepping. I work of constantly changing deadlines between day job and night job. I multitask for example I’ll watch a movie of series to decompress but I’ll also be prepping canvas and pre-filing paints. I never do anything for one time use - always keep your eye on future. For every new painting or design I’ll photograph progress and steps to later use to develop cheats, social media posts of news letter. Work smarter. When you need to get a job done give it to a busy person 😉

The Eisenhower Matrix is going to be helpful here. Its four boxes: top left is Not Urgent, Not Important. Top right is Important but Not Urgent. Bottom left is Urgent but Not Important. and the bottom left is Important and Urgent. Bucket everything into one of those quadrants to help yourself prioritize

It's just like you have to do whole syllabus one night before exam. So, you start from small topics (tasks) and the ones which are almost complete just need revisions.
