One thing I do before learning a new language to perfect myself, is research which companies are using, join the community, go to the official website and study the documentation, look for tutorials and videos on the web, and when I can not evolve as I would like, then I go after paid courses that have reference.

When we try to learn something, it's better to repeatadly check it from different websites, instead of sticking on single resources. Sometimes these things also give over all perspective of concept. And planning the proper way after making experiements also helps a lot.

There are several ways to speed up learning, from using AI, I have already acquired many books from O Reilly (they are great), watch programming videos on Youtube, take quick courses on Udemy.

Find a senior developer who can provide guidance and support. They can offer valuable insights and help you navigate complex challenges. Look for mentorship programs offered by your company or professional organizations.

In our area, what else we will face in everyday life are different problems, as in life, and not so we will give up. But in programming, think that the environment is controlled, that you can make several attempts at solutions and none work. Then you get out of the computer, have a coffee, breathe, talk to someone (and it doesn’t have to be about the problem), come back with a fresh mind and usually you solve (it almost always works). But also don’t get frustrated if you spend five days to solve it, that happens too. It’s always good to chat, post in the community to check if someone has experienced a similar problem and wait for a response as well.

Remember, getting stuck is a normal part of the programming process. Don't get discouraged by setbacks. Develop a positive attitude and focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.

Roadblocks are just bumps in the coding road! I see them as challenges to learn and grow from. To tackle them, I first break the problem down into smaller pieces to pinpoint the issue. Then, I leverage the amazing online programmer communities to find solutions and learn from others. Sometimes, even explaining the problem out loud, sparks a fresh perspective. I'm not afraid to experiment with different approaches and learn from them, even if they don't work perfectly. Finally, I celebrate every small win, no matter how incremental, to stay motivated. This way, roadblocks become stepping stones to improve my problem-solving skills and expand my programming knowledge. The key is to stay curious, persistent, and enjoy the learning process!
