Es fundamental que en tiempos de cambio, los lideres puedan trasmitir funciones de liderazgo a sus equipos delegando responsabilidades y autonomía para fomentar la confianza y eficiencia. Desde un ejemplo personal, en mi rol como especialista en RRHH, cuando la organización se encontraba reestructurando y por ende el area de RRHH también, tuve la oportunidad de liderar un equipo que en ese momento se sentía confundido por lo que estaba sucediendo. Los lideres deben de ser capaz de reconocer y saber cuando recompensar tanto los pequeños hitos conseguidos por el equipo, como aquellos conseguidos individualmente. Hay que saber diferenciar que hay muchas maneras de reconocerlos, ya sea mostrando aprecio, premios, elogios, bonos, etc.

Es cierto e importante que ser flexible es importante pero no con cuestiones que definas como fundamentales. La tecnología nueva y su implementación puede ser una herramienta que ensamble al ser un objetivo común entre la continuidad y la renovación. Es importante que la misma no sea un obstáculo por su complejidad, ya habara tiempo de hacer ese cambio una vez conseguido un razonable equilibrio.

In my experience in conducting organizational restructuring one main element is communication: loud, clear and objective. Coomunication should be open in order to build trust among the teams and set the right expectations, so to avoid surprises, disalignments and misunderstadings along the way. This should minimize bumps, attritions and roadblocks on the process, hence helping to manage productivity and keeping the spirits high, teams engaged and collaborative.

Me parece que los 6 puntos son claves cuando se enfrenta a una reestructuración organizativa. El trabajo al ser paralelo a las actividades cotidianas se vuelve complicado para todo el equipo, pero una buena comunicación y liderazgo ayudan a aligerar la carga. Entender que en muchas ocasiones tenemos que iterar porque las cosas no siempre son como las pensamos, por eso la flexibilidad y empedrar y confirmar en nuestros equipos es fundamental. Sin duda cuanto te toca ser parte al final el que reconozcan el esfuerzo es bueno, porque no solo lo hacen suyo ademas se sienten más comprometidos con la compañía y dueños de las nuevas estructuras.
