There are multiple risk at site, but to prioritize risk we needs to thoroughly review the risk based on probability and severity ratings. We should be focusing first on Process safety risk which can result in catastrophic events and can result into multiple injuries and major property loss. This kind of risk may have less probability but severity is very high. Also we needs to prioritize legal related risk.
