It's definitely about documenting all the common processes: analyse the repetitive tasks that are done on a daily basis. You need to have clear idea of what all steps are required to complete a specific task as a creative strategist. For eg: In my case, if I have to make new ad concepts/angles, I use Miro board to plan out my full stages that I follow to complete my research that gives me those new fresh concepts. SOPs are life saver. But what's the most important thing is understanding where are you spending your most time. Is it research? Is it communication back and forth with the designers or clients? I use teamwork (honestly just do it with your phone clock app) and record how much time you're spending on a particular task. The task which takes most of your time, have clear SOPs for it. And always keep refining your SOPs.

I usually keep a list in a tool of my choice of what’s coming up. So for each client we know what’s next and we also keep note of why we want to test this specific thing. On a weekly basis we use Asana so everyone knows what needs to be worked on right now and when we should have it finished.

Create a detailed plan for your brand. Adhere to relevant and realistic timelines. Automate and schedule tasks Delegate work according to the strength of your team members. Be a dynamic player when challenge arise Read your data; revaluate your strategies for better results.

When onboarding a new brand, use ChatGPT to scrape reviews for common words/phrases, value props and differentiators. This will tell you the top reasons why people buy the product, and how they communicate their experience, so you can repeat it back in headlines and build common ad types like feature point-out and Us Vs Them.

Prioritize tasks that align with your strategic goals and set aside uninterrupted time for deep work. This means saying no to meetings without a clear agenda and emails that can wait, to say yes to creativity. By focusing on what truly moves the needle, you ensure that your energy is spent not just on being busy, but on being impactful.

Schedule regular intervals to review your workflow and identify bottlenecks. Are there tasks that consistently take longer than expected? Are there steps in the process that don't add value? By regularly assessing your workflow, you can make incremental improvements, ensuring that your creative output is not only consistent but also constantly evolving towards greater efficiency and impact.
