O projeto precisa ter uma cadência de encontros recorrentes, sendo que a periodicidade e duração podem variar ao longo do projeto. Um bom roteiro para estas reuniões serem rápidas é olhar o cronograma, analisando o que deveria ter sido feito (passado), o que estamos fazendo (presente), e o que virá pela frente (futuro), para que todos saibam e possam colocar suas preocupações e assim como atualizarem o status das atividades. Para que a reunião não se estenda, caso algum tema seja mais crítico ou requeira uma discussão mais longa, é uma boa ideia agendar um outro horário para tratá-lo em separado, somente com o público necessário. Por fim, não esquecer da ata das reuniões, para formalizar a lista de tarefas, responsáveis e prazos.
