Nowadays there are many methods and tools for monitoring progress of an IT project. Not to mention the methods and tools, this process(monitoring) show how much the project is important to stack holders specifically project manger. There is no doubt that one of three most important responsibilities of a project manager is to well-monitor the percentage of each person objective achievement based on the time and project complexity. Thus the manager will decide if the member of the teen is valuable and deserves to continue this project or be employed in other future projects or not.
