Some ways that I have seen organizations benefit from: 1. Share amongst all the employees any safety incidences that occur. Safety is something that requires learning from others mistakes too 2. Encourage personnel at field level to give safety improvement suggestions for whichever domain they work in. Provide incentives for good suggestions 3. A safety culture begins at the top. Lead by example. 4. Safety culture surveys and audits at regular intervals

1. Create open culture. 2. Build trust in team. 3. Increase team bond. 4. cut down unnecessary criticism 5. educate & involve

To establish a supportive safety culture, prioritize leadership commitment and clear communication of safety protocols. Engage employees through active involvement, training, and recognition of safe behaviors. Encourage open communication about safety concerns, lead by example, and provide necessary resources for maintaining a safe work environment. By integrating safety into every aspect of the workplace, a culture where safety is valued and upheld by all can be fostered effectively.

First and foremost, you must be humble, open & honest with your employees. No one knows everything, esp. you, and that's ok. In situations where you may be unsure, let it known. Reach out, ask questions, & show gratitude & appreciation for the knowledge, time, & energy given to you. Next, make it personal. When pointing out an unsafe situation or behavior, explain what could potentially happen, making it personally relatable to them, & then include the ripple effect that could stem from it. Making it personally relatable shows that you genuinely care about them & their well-being. Do this when teaching as well. Finally, lead by example. If you are humble, genuine, knowledgeable, & a leader, in time, they will follow you.

Open communication foster a better safety culture. When employees all level openly communicates their concerns & their concerns are voiced into right place, this encourages everyone to get involved in Safety.

I didn't see. I was in a hurry(Due to peer pressure). But however, by creating a training matrix to provide adequate training at regular intervals of time in order to make sure that every aspect of health,safety & environmental matters is covered and known to each & every worker is important in developing a positive safety culture.

Educating and Providing a training sessions or workshops on problem-solving techniques tailored to safety-related issues more-over employers should also offer resources such as online courses, articles, or books on problem-solving and safety culture. Beacuse if the employees are not familiar with the basic safety standards then it will be difficult to build a safety culture

I’ve had to pull some upper and senior leaders away from the safety committee and asked them to review their posture and comments when In the room. That this was an area that we are trying to foster creativity and show that we want them to participate after they shot down ideas talking about costing too much, or “not gonna happen” which wasn’t helping. Not everything requires external expenses to complete tasks. But rather showing that we do not have the resources to complete a task internally.
